Due to a decrease in the catch of Kokanee salmon at Lake Chuzenji, it is currently difficult to obtain them. If you would like to purchase Kokanee salmon, please make a reservation.
For dinner, we will be providing specially sized kokanee salmon for the Mizunara and Shakunage course meals, so you can enjoy it as usual.
